By booking the Services of Moon Magic Master Tarot/ The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd from Courses/Readings/Readers in Training/Directory or from within any aspect of a learning platform participating in a Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
Any Courses purchased during the developmental stage are non-refundable.
Any Courses purchased during the developmental stages will be fully available to the purchaser when the course is completed with any additional future modules added free of charge.
Any Courses enrolled in during the developmental stages will involve trialling material with an opportunity to give feedback.
No time limit or time guarantee is placed on the course creation period.

Tarot Reading or Teaching will not force you to follow a particular course of action or attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of a Tarot Reading or embarking upon a Moon Magic Master Tarot Course is your sole responsibility. It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that a tarot reading or the use of content available through this course can be permitted.
The Moon Magic Master Tarot Programmes are created with the intent of helping Tarot readers to reach a professional standard of reading that adheres to an ethical framework of practice. No time limit is placed on the duration of your personal course learning, you are encouraged to learn at your own pace.
Students are advised to only take from this Course that which they feel is relevant to them. It should not be rigidly followed or adhered to under any misguided assumption that it is the ultimate Gospel or Bible of Tarot. Jenny Florence is not a Master or Guru of Tarot and should not be treated or referred to as one. Any direct action taken as a result of studying The Moon Magic Master Tarot Courses/Readings is the sole responsibility of the Student, Reader, or Viewer, and Jenny Florence/The Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme/The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd will not be held legally responsible for same.
Neither will Jenny Florence/The Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme/The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd assume any legal liability for any damages or alleged damages, losses, or other direct or indirect consequences of any client/student decisions/actions, subsequent to, or based on, the Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme Teachings/Readings/Directory.
